Axtell Construction over the last three years has installed windows at several developments owned and managed by the Housing Authority. Axtell Construction completed all work in a 100% satisfactory and professional manor.

Montrose Area School District could not have been more pleased with the work of Axtell Construction. As the General Contractor, they not only served as the primary builder, but also coordinated with subsidiary contractors including the electrical, mechanical, heating and plumbing. Joe and Esther did a remarkable job of coordinating all of those efforts and it resulted in a building that is both functional and beautiful. Obviously, we are thrilled with their work. As the superintendent, I found Axtell Construction to be responsive and timely to all of our concerns in all phases of the construction process. They worked hard to ensure that our needs were met during the project and met all time lines and financial projections that were established.

Axtell Construction was contracted by the Montrose Restoration Committee to install new bathrooms in the Montrose Theater, the oldest continuously operating theater in the Commonwealth of PA. This theater building is 90 plus years old. The Board of Directors as well as the theater manager found Joe very competent, pleasant and comfortable to deal with. His price was competitive. He came in on budget and on schedule, which was very important for us in reopening the theater. A lot of time and attention was taken to protect the rest of the theater from dust and dirt of the project. Everyone involved in the project commented on the competence and cleanliness of Axtell Construction. The Montrose Restoration Committee highly recommends Axtell Construction and we are looking forward to working with them again to complete remaining theater renovations.
